Without further ado, we hereby present to you (drum roll please):

Mrs. Loula’s world famous mushroom pies! 

Preparing the stuffing

2 packs of button mushrooms
2 onions finely chopped
Cinnamon
Pepper
Cumin

Lightly fry the onion in a pan and add the mushrooms. Leave it for 10 minutes before adding one tsp of flour.

Preparing the dough

8 cups of flour
2 ½ glasses of water
1 glass cooking oil
1 tsp yeast
1 tbs sugar
½ tbs salt

Place all ingredients together and mix.

Cut the dough as required and fill the stuffing appropriately.

Cook in 180˚C for approx. 30 minutes.
