Quarter the mushrooms and slice the herbs. Wash the lemon well.
Pour some olive oil in a pan and place on medium heat. Add the mushrooms and herbs into the pan.
As soon as the mushrooms turn golden brown, use a fine grater to add some lemon zest. Then squeeze the lemon juice into the pan as well.
Let it absorb the lemon juice for a few moments while stirring and serve with lots and lots of love.
