Prepare all ingredients in advance and have them next to your stove.
Preheat a non-stick pan or wok on high heat, drizzle a little oil, add the garlic, ginger and onions and stir for approx 1 min then add the rest of the ingredients to the wok, adding a little oil if necessary.
Stirfry for 8-10 mins and add the rest of ingredients.
Allow the veggetables to draw in the sauce by cooking for a further 2-3 mins.
Any combination of vegetables can be used for this recipe.
